Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer FREE standard shipping in Delhi/NCR and standard shipping charges outside Delhi/Ncr. For expedited shipping options, additional charges may apply. Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted delivery companies to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete. Venvi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Venvi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your saree, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read the following terms carefully:

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery(Pieces with any customisation are non-returnable).

    • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and the original bill intact.

    • The saree must not have been altered,used, washed, or damaged in any way.

    • Please note that returns are not accepted for products purchased on sale or as part of promotional offers, unless the product is defective.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact us at [venvicouture@gmail.com] within 10 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number and the reason for return.

    • Our team will guide you through the return process, and you will be given a return shipping label.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Returns are to be shipped back to our warehouse at the address provided by our customer support team.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Refund/Exchange:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

    • If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a replacement product of equal value, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 1 day of delivery. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund for the item, along with covering return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been worn, altered, damaged or washed.

  • Pieces that are personalized or custom-made.

  • Products purchased during seasonal sales or using discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by Venvi’s quality control team to ensure the item meets our return conditions.

  • Venvi reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
